Mediterranean Croutons

Homemade croutons taste light years better than store-bought AND only take a few minutes to make. These have flavor, flavor, and flavor.
Herby croutons MAKE the salad.

Ingredients

5 cups French bread (about half of a 16 ounce loaf), cut into 1/2-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Mediterranean Seasoning

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.

2. Combine bread cubes, olive oil and Mediterranean seasoning. Toss until all bread cubes are coated.

3. Arrange bread cubes on single layer of flat baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

4. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2 days at room temperature.
