Maple Bourbon Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
2 pork Tenderloins (about 1 lb each)
3-5 tsp olive oil - divided
4-5 tsp Maple Bourbon Blend or Maple Bourbon Brussels Sprouts Glaze
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F and lightly grease a 9x13 pan with around 2-3 tsp of the olive oil.
- Place the 2 pork tenderloins onto the greased pan and rub the remaining olive oil on all sides to evenly coat the tenderloins.
- In a small bowl mix together the Maple Bourbon Blend, salt, and pepper. Evenly coat the tenderloins with the mix, patting it onto all sides.
- Bake for 27-35 mins until browned and crispy or until internal temp reaches 145° F.
- Take out of the oven and let rest on a cutting board for 3-5 mins before cutting. Enjoy!
