White Fish Fillets with Zesty Lemon Herb

Ingredients
4 tablespoons Zesty Lemon Herb
½ cup panko breadcrumb
4 - 6 oz white fish fillets (such as haddock, cod, or halibut)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
1. Combine Zesty Lemon Herb with panko breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix well.
2. Dredge each fillet with the breadcrumb mixture.
3. In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat melt the butter. Add the fillets to the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with a lemon wedge.
