Smoky Chipotle Glazed Swordfish

The smoky mesquite essence pairs perfectly with steak-like fish. This is my ideal meal on a warm summer nights. If you cannot find swordfish, this recipe is also fabulous with halibut.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons Smoky Paprika Chipotle Seasoning

3/4 cup mayonnaise

4 - 6 to 8 oz swordfish or halibut steaks

Directions

1. Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a medium bow mix together mayonnaise and Smoky Paprika Chipotle.

3. Spread half the smoky paprika mixture one side of the swordfish steaks. Place the coated side down on the grill. Spread the remaining smoky paprika mixture on the other side of the fish.

4. Cook 5-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 132ºF.
