Grilled peppers are incredible. But with olive oil and Sicilian seasoning, they are sensational.

Ingredients
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
2 tablespoons Sicilian Seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
2. Cut the peppers into lengthwise strips, removing the stems, seeds and pith.
3. In a large zip top bag combine the peppers, Sicilian, and olive oil. Shake to completely coat.
4. Place skin side down on medium hot grill, until skin blisters and peppers soften, 4-8 minutes. You can let the skin brown a bit if desired. Turn peppers and grill until inner side is soft, 2 to 4 minutes.
