We love Salmon here, and this Shichimi Togarashi blend works great with the fish.

Ingredients

3 cloves of chopped garlic

1 teaspoon of grated ginger

1 teaspoon of Shichimi Togarashi

1 tablespoon of miso

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 pound of Salmon

Directions
  1. In a container, combine garlic, ginger, Shichimi Togarashi, miso, and soy sauce to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the salmon and add it to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Refrigerate and let it marinate for at least one hour.
  3. Preheat your oven to 420°F (215°C). Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the salmon for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice and greens. Enjoy!

Substitutions
Recipe Tip:
This marinade needs at least one hour to really bring the flavor to the salmon, so make sure to plan your time accordingly
