We love Salmon here, and this Shichimi Togarashi blend works great with the fish.

Ingredients
3 cloves of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1 teaspoon of Shichimi Togarashi
1 tablespoon of miso
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 pound of Salmon
Directions
- In a container, combine garlic, ginger, Shichimi Togarashi, miso, and soy sauce to create the marinade.
- Cut the salmon and add it to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Refrigerate and let it marinate for at least one hour.
- Preheat your oven to 420°F (215°C). Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet.
- Bake the salmon for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve with rice and greens. Enjoy!
