Poached Salmon with Herb Sauce

Ingredients

1 bag of green beans

1 lemon

1 pound of salmon

1 cup of white wine

1 shallot

1 clove of garlic

3-4 stems of cilantro

3-4 stems of dill 

1 tablespoon of Cracked Black Pepper Rub

Directions
  1. Place the green beans at thee base of your pot. Cut lemons into small rounds and arrange them on top of the green beans. 
  2. Slice the salmon into thick pieces and layer on top of the lemon slices. Pour a cup of wine over the ingredients, set the heat to medium, cover with a lid, and let everything steam for 15 minutes.
  3. For the sauce, sauté a chopped shallot, a chopped clove of garlic, dill, and cilantro in a small pan. Add a tablespoon of Cracked Black Pepper Rub, mix well, and pour in a splash of white wine. Cook until the shallots become translucent. Serve the sauce on top of the salmon. Enjoy!
