Poached Salmon with Herb Sauce

Ingredients
1 bag of green beans
1 lemon
1 pound of salmon
1 cup of white wine
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
3-4 stems of cilantro
3-4 stems of dill
1 tablespoon of Cracked Black Pepper Rub
Directions
- Place the green beans at thee base of your pot. Cut lemons into small rounds and arrange them on top of the green beans.
- Slice the salmon into thick pieces and layer on top of the lemon slices. Pour a cup of wine over the ingredients, set the heat to medium, cover with a lid, and let everything steam for 15 minutes.
- For the sauce, sauté a chopped shallot, a chopped clove of garlic, dill, and cilantro in a small pan. Add a tablespoon of Cracked Black Pepper Rub, mix well, and pour in a splash of white wine. Cook until the shallots become translucent. Serve the sauce on top of the salmon. Enjoy!
