Roasted Acorn Squash with Honey Maple Squash Spice

Ingredients
1 Acorn Squash, halved, seeded
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons butter
4 teaspoons Honey Maple Squash Spice
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Rub squash halves inside and out with the olive oil. Arrange cut-side up on the prepared pan. Roast for 30 minutes.
3. Remove from oven. Add 1 teaspoon each butter and Honey Maple Squash Spice inside each squash half. Roast for 30 minutes, or until fork tender.
