Pull Apart Garlic Bread

Intro
Two of my favorite foods are bread and cheese.. When these meet, magic happens, especially when it's a tear and share appetizer. This is literally the perfect meet my favorite way to enjoy an appetizer, tear and share.

Ingredients

1 loaf crusty bread

5 teaspoons Garlic, Roasted (granulated)

2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes

1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

1 stick butter, melted

1 cup shredded Parmesan, fontina or mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2. Using a serrated knife, crosshatch the bread, making slices every inch in both directions. Most importantly, Do Not slice all the way through the bottom of bread.

3. In a bowl combine the Roasted Garlic Powder, Red Pepper Flakes if using, parsley, olive oil, and butter.

4. Use a spoon to stuff the garlic herb mixture into the cracks and crevices of the bread. Repeat with the cheese.

5. Place the bread into a Dutch oven, cover and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Remove cover and bake for additional 5 minutes or until cheese has is golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.
