Ingredients

2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

¼ cup Onions, Fire-Roasted

1 package store bought flatbread

2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/3 cup Beu or Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon honey

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.

2. In a small microwave safe bowl, combine the vinegar and the Fire-Roasted Onions. Microwave for 30-45 seconds or until the onions are tender.

3. Put the flat bread on a sheet pan. Brush lightly with olive oil. Top with the warmed Fire-Roasted Onion mixture and your choice of cheese.

4. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Drizzle with honey. Cut and serve warm.
