2 lbs Ground Beef

3-4 Tbsp Coffee Chili Rub

Gouda Cheese slices (if desired)

Burger Buns

Dill Pickle Chips

Lettuce

Burger Sauce:

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

2 tsp Yellow Mustard

1 tsp Coffee Chili Rub

2 tsp Honey

Directions
  1. Mix ground beef and 3-4 Tbsp Coffee Chili Rub in a bowl until well combined, and then form 6 patties. (If you want a stronger spice taste use 4 tbsp, for a more subtle flavor use 3 tbsp.)
  2. Preheat your charcoal grill, gas grill, or heavy skillet on a stovetop. Once heated, cook one side of the burger for 6-8 minutes, or until juice beads up on the top side of the burgers. Flip over and top with cheese (if desired) and cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until preferred degree of doneness.
  3. While the burgers are cooking, make the burger sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, 1 tsp Coffee Chili Rub, and honey.
  4. Assemble burger with burger sauce and toppings and enjoy!

Recipe Tip:
We like to make extra sauce and use it on other foods - taste great with fried chicken strips!
